Aimed at those who have already gained both practical knowledge behind a counter as well as thorough knowledge of the bartending product market . This course studies the evolution of global trends of the beverage field : advanced techniques, home made, spices, botanical, salts, sugars, historical periods and sensorial marketing and beyond.
