An intensive two-day course that goes far beyond simple service techniques.
Led by Vincenzo Della Corte, a hospitality expert and restaurant and general manager of luxury accommodations, we will discover what it really means to offer high-quality hospitality: from contemporary table settings to staff management, from welcoming guests to the delivery of a truffle risotto or a gin and tonic, everything is aimed at creating a memorable guest experience.
Beyond practical aspects, legal, managerial, and cultural aspects will also be explored, training professionals who are fully aware of their role in the restaurant industry.
